Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The referral program is open to all individuals who refer potential clients or projects to Restore Dry LLC.
Referral Process: Referrals can be submitted either through the official referral form provided on the Restore Dry LLC website or by calling our dedicated referral hotline at 954-734-0160. Referrers must provide accurate and complete information about the referred individual or project.
Definition of Ideal Referral: It must be correctly understood what a referral is for Restore Dry LLC. There are three types of referrals: one that refers a contact they personally know or have a direct connection to; one that refers a project that needs attention and knows the contact points or people; and one that refers basic information about a potential contact or project, but there is no direct relationship or connection.
Referral Selection Authority: Restore Dry reserves the right to select the type of referral and to decide if it belongs to a contact reference, project reference, or informational reference.
Ideal Referral Determination: Restore Dry reserves the right to decide who is an ideal referral and what type of referral it is.
Corporate Incentive: The corporate incentive is linked to the incentive blueprint defined for each type of referral: contact, project, or informational.
Incentive Structure: Referrers will earn a commission for each referred client or project that results in a closed and completed transaction with Restore Dry LLC. The commission structure is based on the total sales amount and will be provided privately to eligible referrers.
Commission Payouts: Commissions will be paid out within 30 days of the referred project being successfully completed and full payment being received from the client. Payment will be made via ACH, wire transfer, or check.
Confidentiality: Referrers agree to keep the commission structure and any other information provided by Restore Dry LLC strictly confidential. This information may not be shared publicly or with any third parties without prior written consent from Restore Dry LLC.
Priority Referral: In the event that more than one referrer has provided a reference for the same contact and/or project, the eligible referral will be based on the order of arrival. First come, first served.
Referral Classification by Restore Dry: Restore Dry reserves the right to classify the referral according to internal parameters defined in the company, and the person who sends the reference (contact, project, or information) must comply with the classification provided by Restore Dry.
Referral Acceptance: Restore Dry has the authority to decide whether to accept the referral, whether it is a contact, project, or information, respecting the quality and standards according to the services provided by the company.
Multiple Referrals: Referrers are encouraged to refer multiple contacts and projects. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by a single individual.
Non-Recurring Commission: The individual who refers a contact or project, and which results in a successful transaction, will be eligible to receive their corporate incentive in this first and only transaction. That is, if this new contact or project requests a new job from Restore Dry in the future, the person who referred that contact or project will not be eligible to receive the corporate incentive again. The referral program excludes recurring commission from the same referred contact or project.
Fraud Prevention: Restore Dry LLC reserves the right to disqualify referrals and withhold commission payments in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the program. Referrers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently disqualified from the program.
Tax Responsibilities: Referrers are responsible for reporting any earned commissions to relevant tax authorities and complying with tax regulations in their jurisdiction. Restore Dry LLC will not withhold taxes from commission payments.
Limitation of Liability: Restore Dry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the referral program. Referrers participate in the program at their own risk.
Agreement: By participating in the referral program, referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of commission payments.
Program Updates: Restore Dry reserves the right to update new terms and conditions as deemed necessary, without the need for prior communication to current or future members of the referral program.
Modifications: Restore Dry LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
