We had a flood incident in our home on a Friday December 12th, few weeks before the Holidays. My broker referred us to Restore Dry LLC. The owner, Sam Mawardi came to our home that night to access the repairs and start water remediation. Even though it was a weekend, Sam call us throughout the weekend and came twice to move his machinery around the damaged areas of the house. The following week, he or someone of his team came home to take care of things.

The most amazing aspect of our overall experience with Sam and his team was how punctual they were. They gave us a time and they were always there. That’s a rare experience with services here in the Miami area. After the water remediation services, we asked Sam and other providers to submit a proposal for the repairs. His proposal was very competitive and the deliverables were very clear. He detailed every single item that was included and every single item that was excluded. At that point we had developed a positive relationship with Sam and we decided to hire his services for the repairs.

Again, the experience was fantastic. Sam and his team were excellent professionals. The house looked brand new after his services. There were no delays in doing the repairs. Once they started doing the job, they finished. There were no surprises with respect to our proposal. We paid exactly what we quoted. He was reliable and trustworthy. As a matter of fact, we had such a positive experience with RestoreDry, that we hired their services again to paint our commercial business. Again, the proposal was very competitive. Sam even helped us buy the paint using his commercial discounts, which saved us $300.00 in paint.

His team was excellent. They had to work overnight because of our daily schedule. That was never an issue. The team worked alone and we had no problems leaving our business in their hands. We plan to continue to hire Restore Dry in the future and we recommend them to all our clients, friends and family.

This company is great! They came to my house where I had a leak on my bathroom and they removed all of the mold. They broke the walls that were contaminated. They were always on time, professional, and courteous! Left nooo mess! Mold retesting was at zero!!

They came equipped with all of the fans and dehumidifiers when they were contacted about the water damage in our home, and were able to remove all traces of water within a couple of days. They were on time every day, were very professional, easy to work with, and provided to us very comprehensive reports at the end of the mitigation with detailed pictures and an easy-to-decipher explanation of what happened. I would recommend this company for anyone who finds themselves in such an unfortunate situation as we did, with water damage and need for quick mitigation. If you are ever in such a predicament, you need competency as well as compassion. In time of need, you want to feel like you are working with a company with proven results and that cares…

Very professional, had the required knowledge to do the job and they were able to accomplish the job in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the positive attitute and the willingness to help and explain what we needed to know. When the job was done, they cleaned around the work area. We recommend them 100%.

On every front these guys were the masters!
They got to my house in a couple hours. They were pleasant, professional, and obviously experienced. Since I had never dealt with something like this before they proved to be a valuable resource for what this flood entailed for me with regard to mitigating the damage, timing, repair, mold, insurance, etc. They were at my house multiple times a day and were consistently calling me with updates while reassuring me my house was being monitored and and kept dry. Bottom line was under 3 days everything was dry! They took out the blowers and air scrubbers and I had my house back minus some needed repairs from the water damage. As a homeowner I understand the difficulty of having good and trustworthy people work in my home which is why in the event of a home disaster I would never call anyone else. These guys are the pros!!!
